About the Instructor:

Charles Colten is the Director of Aikido in the Schools, which is committed to bringing the benefits of Aikido into public and private schools. Currently based in New York City, it’s programs help students develop physical fitness, mental focus, and emotional intelligence; all in the context of fun and engaging exercise. Specific school interventions include addressing issues of anger management, bullying (mobbing), and attention deficit disorders.
